All our handcrafted fudge have a creamy soft texture with a delicious moreish flavour.

The Fudge Foundry Fudge may contain peanuts and nuts.

All our fudge creations are made on premises where nuts are used.

Suitable for vegetarians. 

No Palm Oil is used in our fudge creations.

The Fudge Foundry Fudge is made freshly to ensure maximum taste.

For best results store in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened store in an airtight container and consume within 3 days

The delicious fudge will last for up to 3 months - unopened (self-control permitting!)

Too class Welsh fudge

Hi, I have been in hospital for a week since the fudge arrived here sadly. I am now home and have thoroughly enjoyed the 2 boxes that I have tried. Rum and coconut was the 1st box I opened, and I cannot fault it.. It was very tasty and nowhere as sweet as other fudge I have had in the past, only thing that I would have slightly enjoyed more about it was if it had more rum in it.
The 2nd box I opened was 💯perfect and they are your Strawberries and Cream, oh they truly are perfection. So creamy with a divine strawberry flavour in each chunk. The thing that I am incredibly impressed with is that neither box is far too sweet, you have managed to create the perfect fudge with stunning flavours that leave a heavenly taste in your mouth. Thank you so much for creating the perfect Welsh fudge, that's not to rich in texture or too sweet that you end up feeling ill. I genuinely have absolutely no idea how you have managed to create delicious Top class Welsh fudge. Thank you so much xxx

The strawberries and cream fudge is soooo good it’s taken all my willpower to not eat it all at once! I was also a big fan of the banoffee/banana one!
