🍫🌿 Vegan Belgian Chocolate Orange Fudge Tart
A silky, dairy-free chocolate tart infused with zesty orange and smooth Belgian fudge.

Ingredients
For the base:
- 250g vegan digestive biscuits (or oat biscuits)
- 80g coconut oil or vegan butter, melted
For the filling:
200g Vegan Belgian Chocolate Orange Fudge, chopped into small pieces VEGAN...…Chocolate Orange FUDGE – The Fudge Foundry
- 150ml coconut cream (thick part from a tin)
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp orange zest
- Pinch of sea salt
- To serve (optional):
- Fresh orange zest curls
- Grated vegan dark chocolate
- Toasted nuts or coconut flakes
Method
Prepare the base:
Crush biscuits into fine crumbs, mix with melted coconut oil, and press into a 20cm tart tin. Chill for 15 minutes.
Make the filling:
Gently heat coconut cream until steaming (not boiling). Remove from heat, add chopped fudge, and stir until fully melted and smooth.
Stir in maple syrup, orange zest, and sea salt.
Assemble:
Pour the filling into the chilled crust and smooth the top.
Chill:
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
Serve:
Garnish with orange zest and chocolate shavings. Slice and enjoy chilled.
✨ Tip: For an extra twist, add a few drops of orange extract or top with candied orange peel.
Storage: Keeps up to 5 days refrigerated or can be frozen for up to 1 month
