🧁 Sea Salted Caramel Fudge Cupcakes

Soft chocolate cupcakes with molten caramel fudge centres.

Ingredients

125g butter, softened

125g caster sugar

2 eggs

100g self-raising flour

25g cocoa powder

2 tbsp milk

Method

Preheat oven to 180°C. Line a 12-hole cupcake tray.

Cream butter and sugar; beat in eggs one at a time.

Fold in flour and cocoa powder, adding milk to loosen the mixture.

Spoon half the mixture into cases, press a fudge cube in the centre, and cover with the remaining batter.

Bake 18–20 minutes. Cool slightly before serving.
