🍫 Our Story: A Pembrokeshire Passion
Every great story starts with a little bit of love — and ours began with a love for chocolate.
Seven years ago, The Fudge Foundry was born in my home kitchen here in beautiful Pembrokeshire. As a trained chef and patisserie specialist, I’ve always believed that food should spark joy — and fudge quickly became my favourite way to share that joy.
With every batch, I wanted to create something special: a moment of happiness, made from the finest ingredients and a whole lot of heart.
🏡 From Home Kitchen to Heart of Pembrokeshire
For the first two years, every single piece of fudge was handmade at home — late nights, lots of taste-testing (of course!), and the wonderful smell of chocolate filling the air.
But as word spread and demand grew, we knew it was time to take the next big step.
Five years ago — just before the world went into lockdown — we moved into our unit, which we turned into a dedicated fudge-making kitchen right here in Pembrokeshire. It was a leap of faith, but one that truly cemented our commitment to our craft and our community.

Two years ago, The Fudge Foundry became a full family affair when my husband joined me full-time.
He shares my passion for creating the very best fudge, and together, we make a great team. His dedication and my culinary background are the perfect mix — the heart and soul behind every batch we make.
