My love for sweet treats goes back a long way from my teens through to my professional Chef training and work within the hospitality - I have perfected my craft and I'm always looking for new inspiration.
I started the Fudge foundry after years of creating delicious sweet treats for friends and family who encouraged me to turn my passion for creation into a business.
